I shoot on location — your office, a venue, a lobby that suits the brand. On location beats a studio for teams, because you are not moving fifteen people across town and losing half a day. An individual session runs two hours and delivers 12 fully retouched images, so you have a range: the formal one, the approachable one, and something that works cropped square for social. Teams run two and a half hours and deliver 15 fully retouched photographs. Everyone shot in the same light against the same background, which is what makes a team page look like a team rather than fifteen different decisions.
