Floor Plans for Miami Listings

After the first photograph, the next thing a buyer wants is the layout. Listings with a floor plan hold attention longer, and buyers who understand the layout before they arrive show up as better-qualified showings. I have been a CubiCasa Preferred Photographer since 2016. Measurements are taken on site, not estimated from photographs, so the square footage on your listing is a number you can defend. 2D gives you fixed furniture, precise room measurements and total square footage, delivered as JPG or vector. 3D gives you true-to-life furniture and authentic materials, which is what you want for pre-construction, renovations, and anything a buyer has to imagine rather than walk through. 3D video renders are available on request. Floor plans are usually shot in the same visit as the photography, which is the cheapest way to get both.
